Build. Ship. Refine.

Two-panel cartoon titled “Why did AI revive waterfall?” Before AI: three loops labeled MVP, feedback, and iterate each deliver a larger version, and the customer goes from “Hmm.” to “Closer.” to “Yes. That.” With AI: a person hands the spec to a black box labeled build, test, validate, saying “Build all of it.” A pile crawling with bugs comes out, and a coding agent presents it: “It’s done.”

Your product moves at the speed of your comprehension.

These are questions that can’t be one-shotted.

Do you know what AI technologies will be in use 12 months from now? How customers will want to pay for services? Whether people will talk to your product or touch it? I don’t. But I do know that with an agile model, you can transform what you have into what you need.

The best practices that allowed teams to ship at the end of a two week sprint are even more powerful when you need to deliver in days, not weeks.

Limit cognitive overload with small focused changes. Know your product inside and out with dogfooding.

Let’s ship early and ship often, and cultivate the excitement of building something you believe in.
